Endo Tracker
Symptom tracking that turns quick daily check-ins into appointment-ready reports.
Endo Tracker is a private, offline-first symptom tracker for people living with endometriosis. You do a short daily check-in, and the app keeps the history for you. When it’s time to see your doctor, it turns that history into a clean, shareable report you can hand over or print. No more trying to remember how the last few months actually went.
Everything stays on your device by default. There’s no account to create and nothing is uploaded, so your information is yours alone.
Appointment-ready doctor reports
This is the main feature. In a couple of taps, Endo Tracker builds a PDF that summarizes the period you tracked, so you can spend your appointment talking instead of remembering.
- Customizable in seconds: pick the date range and the report pulls together your logs for you.
- Organized for appointments: pain over time, cycle and bleeding, symptom breakdowns, medications, and your own notes, laid out clearly.
- Trend charts that are easy to read at a glance, with markers showing when medications were started or stopped.
- Questions for your doctor, carried straight into the report so nothing gets forgotten in the room.
- Print or share it as a standard PDF, or keep a running history under Saved Reports.
Everything else Endo Tracker tracks
- Daily check-ins for pain, bleeding, mood, energy, and sleep.
- Symptom logging for where it hurts, plus bowel and bladder symptoms and possible triggers.
- Cycle and period tracking, with a simple next-period estimate based only on the days you log.
- Medication tracking with reminders, plus a note of how helpful each one was and any side effects.
- Trends and charts that show how your logs change over time.
- A calendar view so you can look back on any day at a glance.
- Questions for your doctor, with a library of suggestions to choose from.
Private by design
- All data stored locally on your device by default.
- No account, no sign-up, no tracking.
- Export and import your own data, so you can move it without exposing it.
- Light and dark themes, and full offline use.
